About us. This online store is operated under the Lunielle brand from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment. All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include all charges shown at checkout. We accept Cash on Delivery and, where available, card payments. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability; we may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfil.

Delivery. We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Returns. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, without limiting your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Products. Our jewellery is 18K gold plated on a stainless steel or comparable base unless stated otherwise. Product images are illustrative; minor variations may occur.

Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under UAE law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
